Fried Cheese (Halloumi, Paneer, Kefalotyri ) with Roasted Peppers : Vegetarian Low Carb / Keto

½ cup (120ml) olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Cucumber Salad
3 oz. (75g) cream cheese
¾ cup (180ml) mayonnaise
2 oz. (60g) cucumber, diced
2 oz. (60g) dill pickles, chopped
½ tsp salt

¼ tsp ground black pepper

Eating cucumbers may lead to many potential health benefits, including weight loss, balanced hydration, digestive regularity and lower blood sugar levels.

Not for me. Haloumi is tooo salty for me, and I only like capsicum raw. It does look lovely though.

This sounds and looks wonderful. I've had fried goat cheese, so this might be something I would look for when I go shopping.

I loved the Halloumi I fried in Kerry Gold butter but found it way too salty. I bought another block of it but haven't had the nerve to try frying it again, maybe in some coconut oil or avocado oil this time.
