Our bodies evolved for 25 million years as herbivores, our bodies intelligently store enough cholestrol so we don't need it from outside sources--animal products or fish or dairy just clog our perfectly designed bodies and 50,000 miles of arteries. The American people are confused. Medicare now reimburses for educational programs that teach cardiac patients a vegan (whole-food plant-based) diet. It is the only diet proven by evidence-based research to reverse hart disease (which is why Medicare reimburses). Check out nutritionfacts.org and I am truly sorry for this man's untimely death at age 52.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07322840879609186788noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2600659484694637338.post-54410116716683973692017-11-17T07:30:42.852+00:002017-11-17T07:30:42.852+00:00My goodness, my prayers go out to him and his fami...My goodness, my prayers go out to him and his family as he recovers. I know a family that are all quite fit and very thin, and all the males in that family have had their heart attacks by the age of 60.Conniecrafterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09266327228870948083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2600659484694637338.post-76880778637140739032017-11-15T17:32:18.918+00:002017-11-15T17:32:18.918+00:00My dad just underwent open heart surgery. Living a healthy lifestyle does help, but cannot guarantee that one will not suffer from a genetic footprint. They told us they have seen skinny people die from heart attacks, and obese people never have a symptom of heart disease. It is a combination of genetics and lifestyle that affects cardiac disease, but still, since we can't change our genetics, we must make the best of the hand we were dealt. Prayers for this man that he fully recovers!
