I use the old traditional = not so good for you recipes and have added bacon on top to boot!! We do all have to choose our food template and take into account any allergies, underlying health issues etc we may have or wish to avoid. If you are a diabetic most find it beneficial to choose a LCHF food template as this doesn't spike blood glucose numbers. I also choose this because I believe eating too much processed foods, too many carbohydrates and sugar just doesn't do our bodies any favours and may help prevent diseases such as Alzheimer's.
