I don't doubt that added sug...Very interesting. I don't doubt that added sugar is very bad for so many things. I avoid processed foods, partially because of all the added sugar and salt (and because they aren't often really "food" of course). And I don't add sugar to the meals I make, but I do add some pink Himalayan salt, along with herbs and other spices.
