I make...She is far from slim and none too healthy.<br /><br />I make my own pasta sauce from bacon, mushrooms, multicoloured peppers, chillies, garlic, olives, ground beef or pork, tomato puree, paprika and oregano.<br /><br />Then I don't use it with pasta but with broccoli, asparagus or runner beans depending on the season.<br /><br />Lots of nutrients and very few carbs.
