When dropping the carbs I increased the healthy fats. Double cream. nuts, seeds and avocado etc.

This is so simple, but no money in simple. Give it a fancy name like paleo etc. and reinvent a perfectly good wheel that has been around for thousands of years.

Never forget bullshit baffles brains, but not ours.

EddieLowcarb team memberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07961199165290289611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2600659484694637338.post-56294317418028447772015-05-14T17:10:05.741+01:002015-05-14T17:10:05.741+01:00that's just ridiculous! geesh!that's just ridiculous! geesh!Gwenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18386517479350871434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2600659484694637338.post-39924265776566290872015-05-14T17:06:08.697+01:002015-05-14T17:06:08.697+01:00These kind of products scared me off from low carb...These kind of products scared me off from low carb eating, until I figured out that these products were not the way to go. you can eat real food, even "real good food" eating the low carb way. Seeing through the deceit and illusion of what's in products can be as simple as reading the list of ingredients, as you show in your post. I used to eat protein bars, granola bars, etc., seeing them as healthy natural foods. It only took being willing to stop the delusion to realize I was eating loads of refined carbohydrates and feeding my sugar cravings, every day. I'm working on refining what I eat, and am coming to realize I don't need to eat huge amounts of meats, for example, a dozen pieces of bacon, just reasonable servings. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
