He's got kids who are not metabolically damaged so some RS is probably an OK thing. For me? not such a good idea I think. I dabbled with the idea but I'm best to stick to what works for me.

Equally, I'm against those who add loads of extra fat to their diet (ie, eating slabs of butter)- I don't think that is right either. My BG meter is an easy way to see on a daily basis things are still working. Same meds for six years, two by 500 mg metformin pills and all HbA1c numbers non diabetic. Over forty blood tests now on an annual basis, tell me nothing is suffering from a high fat low carb diet.

You only have to look at the food we are eating and ask yourself, is this whole fresh non factory produced home made food a health hazard ? Nuff said.

EddieLowcarb team memberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07961199165290289611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2600659484694637338.post-53530981640476987592014-05-28T19:35:45.916+01:002014-05-28T19:35:45.916+01:00Those food pictures look delicious, and all low ca...Those food pictures look delicious, and all low carb :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2600659484694637338.post-47240610295090261502014-05-28T19:27:58.309+01:002014-05-28T19:27:58.309+01:00Yes the world is crazy and getting a lot crazier e...Yes the world is crazy and getting a lot crazier each day.
