I do 5 o...I agree this is a good post to read . . . I do 5 out of the seven so I'm doing pretty good. The fresh air comes from sleeping with my window open. Then the first thing I do in the morning is stand at the window and breath in that wonderful morning air. It is starting to get cold around here, so I might be closing that window very soon, but now that i read this, maybe I'll open it for a few minutes a just breath. It is amazing how much sweeter and air is in the early mornings.
