They were the people who...What a bunch of buffoons! They were the people who only a few years back were insisting that butter was instantly lethal and that Omega 6 seed oils laced with trans fats were "heart healthy".<br /><br />Now tha manufacturers have largely removed trans fats they jump in.<br /><br />And what have the manufacturers done? Replaced trans fats with the equally synthetic interesterified fats. Initial research (not much yet) suggests they may be at least as bad.
