Toulouse Inspired Sausages were new to us to...Chris<br />Toulouse Inspired Sausages were new to us too ... I got some from Sainsbury's and they were made with 80% pork. Gloucester Old Spot (a vintage pig breed) is one of my current favourites, so are wild boar and venison sausages, then all the rest are favourites too!
