OK worlds best a bit over over the top, but certainly a star sportsman and athlete.
"Novak Djokovic is undefeated this year; he has won 39 matches in a row. Experts believe he will very soon advance from number two in the rankings to become the number one player in the world.
So what is the secret to his form? Many things, no doubt, but maybe this is a big factor: He no longer eats any pizza, pasta or bread."

What's the secret of his form?
He hasn't met Andy Murry :)
So does, not eating pizza, pasta and bread make people low carbers?
It certainly makes them less carbers. What's your story? Low fat high carb ? good luck !

Whilst totally incapable of (ever) playing tennis I do easily walk from the outskirts of Whitby to the harbour and (more pertinently) walk back up the steep valley back home. Since I do not carb count. I truly do not know if I “low carb. I have dropped bread, potato, etc. My life style (not diet) has evolved to the state where Julie and I choose from a wide variety of vegetables cooked according to a wide variety of recipes. This evolution has given me an HbA1c all less than 5.4% for the past 40 months (latest today).

Brilliant result John. Since discovering low carbing My HbA1c came down from the 9's to 6.2 and last result 5.7. I am well pleased. What works for me is between 40 to 50 carbs. Alas I am no tennis player, although I enjoy watching it. A walk around my local park is enjoyable and I do believe helps keep me fitter and my numbers down.
