Further developments in the UK diabetes forum people trafficking and tax haven schemes known as
Daisygate:
The unnamed moderator involved in the
schemes has acknowledged privately that she may be sitting on a further cache of
PMs to and from the ‘pipe fitting site. A Sunday newspaper has claimed that
some of the PMs may be described as “salacious”.
A spokesperson for the UK diabetes
forum stated that although communications between consenting adults was not of
interest to the forum administrators, they would prefer such communications to
not utilise the PM system. However, what could not be tolerated, what the
recruitment of vulnerable young people to ‘pipe fitting sites’. The
spokesperson urged readers with evidence of such behaviour to contact the forum
administrators immediately. As an example, the spokesperson referenced the
following comment from the post:
Another thread gone missing!
This is the last comment before it

"this also raises the ethical of
question of:
Should
a moderator on here be pm-ing new members here advising and encouraging them to
go to another forum as they will get better advice there?
And
asking the new members not to reveal that they have been advised and
encouraged, in order to stop the moderator from getting into trouble on here?”
MOds and Admin - please get in touch if
you want the full story of what happened in my case.
Makes you wonder if the mod involved pulled the thread.

Well, if you've got some evidence to share, I'm sure we're all eager to see what it is. It's hardly sub judice.
Being a relative is NOT a crime the last time I checked.
No evidence ? Thought not.
