Not crazy about prosciutto but I love asparagus and after reading about all the wonderful health benefits it boasts, it has become even more appetizing!

Looks like a great recipe, but I think I will wait until spring when we can get fresh local asparagus. Much of the stuff in the stores now comes from Central or South America, it is tough and stringy, and I have seen first hand the volume of chemical sprays they use.
