These taste amazing, but you can also add sultanas, nuts or anything else to the mixture before baking if you so wish, although this will alter the carb count!

Buena merienda y un precioso ramos de flores, para adornar la estancia.
Me gusta la composición que has hecho , con el ramo de flores y la taza al lado. Es muy agradable, para la vista.

I dont know which looks the best, the muffins or the flowers. I think I will pick the flowers, because I dont feel like cooking!
Simple and delicious. Dawn is over an hour away here so it is (perhaps) too early for me to be thinking about them though.
That is exactly what I am going to make this very moment! It is still 4:06 pm!
Great idea!

Hello Giorgio
Welcome to the low carb diabetic blog.
Many thanks for your comment and question.
For those who are just starting a low carb / keto lifestyle cholesterol levels are affected and it could make sense to wait until someone’s weight has been stable for a few months before assessing cholesterol levels.
There is a lot more information to read about this on Diet Doctors site which I'm sure you will find helpful.
This is the link you will need

Hello Jan,
actually, I have to wait at least three months before testing my cholesterol levels once again.
I'll visit the website which you mentioned. Thanks for sharing its link :-)
Have a nice Sunday!
The muffins look delicious. It's been a long time since I made any!
Hope you enjoyed a lovely weekend and have a great week ahead!
