3 (12 oz/325g) yellow onions
3 (6½ oz/180g) carrots
3 garlic cloves
1½ lbs (650g) ground beef, lamb or turkey
¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
9 oz. (260g) cherry tomatoes
1 lb (450g) cauliflower
3 (12 oz/325g) yellow onions
3 (6½ oz/180g) carrots
3 garlic cloves
1½ lbs (650g) ground beef, lamb or turkey
¼ cup (60ml) olive oil

Have you tried a shottage pie? A mix of lamb and beef gives the best of both meats and with spuds of course. You know how I feel about cauliflower.

I do know the difference, but I still call the beef version by Shepherd’s Pie. The cauliflower topping would indeed lower the carb count, and I love cauliflower!
