Yesterday, (Thursday) the sky was blue, and the sun was shining,
although a little chilly!
As I walked along I saw some crocus,
daffodils were beginning to shoot up
but not in bloom yet ...
However, the local supermarket had some nice bunches for sale
they are such a lovely colour and brighten up a room so well.
I enjoyed a tasty cottage pie for dinner
with a lower carb cauliflower topping - see recipe here
Today (Friday) the weather forecast is not so good!
Windy and rainy ...
Think I may get my pink duster out and do some housework!!!
My keyboard does get dusty you know ...
well it is well used 😊

Yesterday we had thick fog all day... sewing day for me :-)) and baking oatmeal cookies... are delicious.
Today I'm going to exercise... let's see if the sun comes out.

Blue sky and daffodils. Oh, it looks like spring is coming your way!
I just saved the Cottage Pie recipe to my favourites folder! Your flowers offer up much cheer, giving me inspiration to pick up a bouquet at the grocery store. I would need to wrap them in a warm blanket so they survive the cold drive home.
I love spring flowers. None yet in my yard. Looking forward to them.
We have had some sun but still nippy up here. That cottage pie looks good, I can make it with veggie mince. Well Friday and Saturday are my work nights so was in bed today haha!

Thanks for the good wishes for today. I planned to clean the bathroom and got that done, also a short walk with Faiith and now resting. It's almost 4 PM here in California and time for me to start thinking about dinner.

Those big fluffy clouds against that pretty blue is just wonderful. How nice to see flowers blooming already, nothing here so far. I do think we have to have bad weather every now and then just so we can get some cleaning done, LOL :)

Crocus! I haven’t seen any yet. I am anxious for spring to come.
Lovely to see crocuses! They're starting to show up here too.
