ReplyDeleteOooh - the chicken with mushrooms and leeks looks good.
ReplyDeleteThese looks absolutely scrumptious, Jan. I'm trying to be good with my diet.
ReplyDeleteGracias por la reseña. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteDear Jan, the presentations in these photos are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely BEEF for me...
ReplyDeleteWell Jan, they all look good.
ReplyDeleteAubergine and mozzarella appeal to me today. I hope you have a pleasant weekend, Jan.
ReplyDeleteHow about having all four food suggestions. They look good for any day.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Fish and eggs don't do it for me, but if I ate meat I'd happily eat the chicken with leeks. Chilli is an easy vegetarian dish if you just swap out the meat for red kidney beans {and yummy too, but not sure where it sits on the low carb schedule?} If it's aubergine with cheese, it's mine. End of . . . it's mine!!!
ReplyDeleteHow are we nearly at the middle of September so quickly?
It all looks delicious, thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteTake care, have a great day!
Good choices for everyone :-D
ReplyDeleteI want it all.

Well, now, my friend, you have succeeded in making me utterly hungry! My only problem is trying to decide which of these recipes I want to try first! :) I have one eggplant left from the garden, so I will probably do that one first. Thank you, Jan, for all of your wonderful recipes that you share here. xx
ReplyDeleteJan, your recipes are varied and surprise those who have to eat low-carb foods.
ReplyDeletewhite fish omelet!!!That would be mine, I love fish and the recipe for it!
ReplyDeleteIf I had to pick one it would be the chili bake!
ReplyDeleteThe chili bake looks good. One of these days I will have to find leeks and try them.
ReplyDeleteBoth the chicken and the chili bake look pretty interesting to me!
ReplyDeleteeither the fish or chicken for me...........
ReplyDeleteI'll take the crispy chicken option.
ReplyDeleteI vote for the eggplant Parmigiana
ReplyDeleteSe ven unos platos buenísimos. Besos.
ReplyDeleteThe chicken dish sounds the best to me, tomorrow we will be having the stewed tomatoes I did using our many cherry tomatoes from the garden, I will add some cooked hamburger to it, and a little brown rice.
ReplyDeleteThey all look delicious.
ReplyDeletecrispy chicken with creamy mushrooms and braised leeks....yes please, it looks devine!!!
