Friday Food Choices : Fish : Chicken : Beef : Vegetarian

As Friday comes around again, I'm sharing four lower carb meal suggestions.

  9. Fish and eggs don't do it for me, but if I ate meat I'd happily eat the chicken with leeks. Chilli is an easy vegetarian dish if you just swap out the meat for red kidney beans {and yummy too, but not sure where it sits on the low carb schedule?} If it's aubergine with cheese, it's mine. End of . . . it's mine!!!
    How are we nearly at the middle of September so quickly?

My only problem is trying to decide which of these recipes I want to try first! :) I have one eggplant left from the garden, so I will probably do that one first.   23. The chicken dish sounds the best to me, tomorrow we will be having the stewed tomatoes I did using our many cherry tomatoes from the garden, I will add some cooked hamburger to it, and a little brown rice.
