ReplyDeleteSpeaking of the Pumpkin Stew, if you ever want to deepen the flavor, try roasting the pumpkin first instead of just boiling it. It caramelizes the sugars and adds a whole new dimension to the stew. I'm totally trying that pork casserole soon.
