You will find a variety of recipe ideas within this blog, and not all may be suitable for you. If you may have any food allergies, or underlying health issues these must always be taken into account. If you are a diabetic and not sure how certain foods may affect your blood sugars, test is best, i.e., use your meter. If you have any concerns about your health, it is always advisable to consult your doctor or health care team.

  20. we would eat and love all three of these but the cod sounds especially delicious. little story about me...i won't eat peas. when i was a child, i did not like them and my father made me eat them. my parents were very strict and i could not be "excused" from the table until i ate them. i would literally gag, but still he made me eat them. i made a promise to myself back then, that i would never eat peas on my own and i have kept that promise. i don't even remember what they taste like!!

  24. Confesso que não gosto de bacalhau. Mais, berinjela eu gosto muito. Nunca comi Berinjela à Parmegiana. já fiz até Caponata de Berinjela.
