Happy Birthday Sir David. I watched part of Prince William's speech at the birthday celebration tonight.
ReplyDeleteA nice place to visit but I wouldn’t want to live there
ReplyDeleteDavid Attenborough is an amazing man - a voice of calm and reason, and always exploring this beautiful world and its natural inhabitants.

ReplyDeleteWe need to take care of the earth for those who follow us.
ReplyDeleteIt's surreal, isn't it, Jan? And yes we do need to start taking care of our earth. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteIf a small, blue orb of water with a fragile atmosphere, and dotted with areas of land with forests and glaciers suddenly appeared, hovering in a field somewhere nearby, we would flock to it and worship it in awe and with reverence. We would proclaim it the most mystical and magical thing we ever beheld. We would protect it, cherish it, and defend it with our lives, and do everything within our power to preserve it.
ReplyDeleteThink about it.
I had no idea that more than 95% of Earth’s ocean are still unexplored. That's amazing but also hopeful. Man hasn't gotten there to pollute it.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely post ♥️
ReplyDeleteEarth is our home and we must remember that any damage to our home can cause chaos in our lives!
