When it's hot ... stay as cool as you can and enjoy an iced coffee or tea!

Iced Coffee
Low Carb : Keto Style 



I think coffee lovers will like this! At 2g net carb per serving, this is such a tasty way to keep cool on hot summer days. It's incredibly easy to make and very refreshing. You could add some vanilla or cinnamon extract for an even more luxurious touch...

Ingredients
1 cup (225ml) coffee
ice cubes
¼ cup (60ml) heavy/double whipping cream
vanilla extract (optional)

Iced Tea
Thirst quenching, classic low-carb beverage. 



Cool, refreshing iced tea... So thirst-quenching, enjoy the tang of summer year-round with this classic low carb beverage. Make it a tall one!

475 ml cold water
1 tea bag
225 ml ice cubes
Flavourings of your choice, such as sliced lemon or fresh mint

  6. Iced drinks are a great way to cool off a bit in the heat. I've been making some Wild Berry Hibiscus tea to keep in the fridge. So nice when I come in from the garden on a hot afternoon.

  11. The iced coffee looks nice but coffee makes me shake. These are perfect summer ideas. Iced coffee and iced tea are such simple little treats when the weather gets too warm. I love that you shared options for different tastes, the coffee one especially sounds like a nice cool pick-me-up.

    That's a lovely drink. Good for this time of the year on very hot days.
    I always like ice tea, but a cup of ice coffee looks so very tasty and is great to a moment to enjoy of it.

    It's extreme very hot these days.
