Featured great food of the week Salmon.

Salmon is rich in omega 3 and is highly beneficial in warding off cardio vascular disease, heart attack, strokes, and high blood pressure.

  2. Our family love salmon. Serve it with a salad or with vegetables, sometimes we have it twice a week, we just love it.

  4. My local has salmon on special and we had salmon parcels tonight. I cook them wrapped in foil with some lemon juice very simple but very tasty. Looking at the chart what a lot of goodness in them.
