  3. This is a lovely recipe, so quick and easy to do. A tip instead of using xylitol you can always use your ordinary sweetener dissolved in slightly cooled boiled water. I find this works a treat. As with any recipe never be afraid to experiment to find the taste YOU like. When eating try it with thick double cream it's absolutely delicious.

  4. I do like chocolate, these days I treat myself to the 85% dark type and just enjoy a chunk or two. I have copied this recipe out and will be giving it a try.

  5. Found this recipe recently and tried it out, can highly recommend it. I also melted some 85% dark chocolate and poured it over, with the double cream it tasted good.
