A Great Lowcarb Breakfast, dump the orange juice, cereals and toast !
If you REALLY miss the bread, you can always bake a low carb bread, there is even a one minute microwave bread http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoqztmLhxaY
Dont bother with the carbquick, just use almond flour instead and add a little more baking powder. Doesnt get any easier than that.
Eggs are little powerhouses packed with nutrition and protein. They are also incredibly versatile from plain boiled to scotch eggs curried eggs omelettes and frittata and much more. Never boring at all. To be a low carber you need to be able to think outside your box you can create the most delicious meals never eating the same in any one week or more. Dullards as you so aptly call them can't see beyond their stodge.
This is a great breakfast, ring the changes and have sausages instead of bacon, low carb ones of course just check the label. Who said sausages as well as bacon !
The lowcarb team value your comments. Thank you for taking the time to contribute to our blog. Please note! negative comments and insults from anonymous idiots, with nothing to add to the debate will not be authorised. However, we welcome constructive criticism.
Looks good to me. Can I book in for tomorrow morning please??
