Well it was close to four years ago today,
Fergus Craig taught us how to play,
They've been going in and out of style,
But his guaranteed to raise a smile,

    I see Fergus is still defying the predictions of our "favourite" dietition! Just goes to show what you can achieve on a HF/LC diet, and don't forget Fergus has been a lowcarber for over 10 years.

    I'm sure this quote from our favourite dietition will give Fergus a laugh.

    "Graham - low carbing is dying in the general popualation and that is a fact - the GI diet has taken over."
