Our youngest lowcarb team member four days old.


Grandchild number four a boy and another arriving in two weeks time. It's lowcarb high fat for this guy. A diet based on sugar and starch, not a chance.

    Well I hope that he'll be having a purpose made diet ie breast milk for at least the first few months.

    He will be eating what nature intended. His diet will not be based on Mars bars and junk. Hopefully he will not be making four generations in a row with type two diabetes.
