Wishing you a Happy New Year
On behalf of the team at Low Carb Diabetic I'd like to wish you all aHappy New Year.
Haven’t you heard ? Us lowcarbers are all alcoholics, don’t add grist to the antis mill ! As for me I am not an alcoholic, but Jeez do I love my wine and Jack Daniels.
Having spent a quiet New Years Eve, flicking TV channels between Jools Holland and at 12 then watched the London fireworks - absolutely fantastic. What a brilliant way to round off the year.
Happy New Year to all fellow blog readers wherever you may be
Joe I agree with you a very nice way to start your New Year. We enjoyed a brisk walk in the sunshine this morning although a bit breezy, my coat was well buttoned up and my new woolly hat and gloves were worn. I decided to make my New Year resolution an easy one. Following on a very inspiring 'sermon' recently at my church. Well it wasn't really a sermon more of a friendly chat a visiting pastor gave to our children. He came on with a big yellow smiley face and asked for all to copy the look that was on this big smiley face. The effect was lovely to see, we all started smiling. So my New Year resolution is to smile more starting with my family and friends and moving on to the person who served me in my local store.I appreciate that in this day and age we do have to be careful who we smile at but a smile is infectious and it does somehow make you feel better and lift your spirits.
