Quote of the day !
"I strongly believe the keto or primal/paleo diets are the best for good BG control and weight loss."
Defren ETYM Forum.
Nice to see true lowcarb lifestyle's are on the front page and being promoted rigorously.
I prefer the quote of the day as in her signature, "Newcastle Diet survivor". I could understand a survivor comment if you have had a life threatening disease or trauma but following a diet?
I think that was said tongue in cheek. The Newcastle diet in my opinion is ludicrous. It is a starvation diet and certainly will not cure type two diabetes. Can a diagnosed type two diabetic go back to the old ways and eat a high carb diet, I don’t think so. A diabetic must set up a regime that works for life, not some stop gap job that offers temporary relief.
The lowcarb team value your comments. Thank you for taking the time to contribute to our blog. Please note! negative comments and insults from anonymous idiots, with nothing to add to the debate will not be authorised. However, we welcome constructive criticism.
