Quote of the day !
"I'm very glad to hear that you continue to have such fantastic results on LCHF. I just can't back down from something I believe in so strongly."
Franziska Spritzler, RD, CDE on the Low Carb Dietitian site here.
I am so glad that Franziska and others like her{some a lot closer to home} feel as strongly as they do and refuse to back down.
Progress IS being made and change IS happening and the point of no return has been reached and passed. Quite amazing progress considering the strength of the opposition.
Wow, a dietitian who believes in common sense? Who would have thought. Here in New Zealand our leading nutritionist, Clare Turnbull (actually she came over from England and stayed) promotes all kinds of rubbish foods and even does TV adverts for Cheerios cereal.
The lowcarb team value your comments. Thank you for taking the time to contribute to our blog. Please note! negative comments and insults from anonymous idiots, with nothing to add to the debate will not be authorised. However, we welcome constructive criticism.
