  2. This is good news to share. It was my wife who found the low carb website and this blog that helped me to understand and control my diabetes. Our family now all follow a low carb life, the children are allowed a few sugary treats but they are treats. They like me love the low carb cakes, have to mention them it's in my contract

    Anyone reading this who is not sure about low carbing should bite the bullet and go for it as the results really do speak for themselves.

    Whether diabetic or not excess weight does us no favors. I hope he will hang around on the diabetes.co.uk forum and keep inspiring others.
