It's fair to say just about everyone in the world of low carbing has been on Jimmy’s pod casts and interviews over the years. Last night he made a post and included this blog in a recommended read list. Jimmy has helped us before and as you can see a link to his site is a permanent feature in our side bar. Check Jimmy’s site out it’s one of the best, always packed with good information, no one puts more work in for the low carb cause than Jimmy and his team.
