How much fast food do Americans eat ?

    I recently went to A Harvester restaurant with my family, I think it was a Harvester? Anyway the thing I liked about it was the salad bar. Do you think if someone opened a chain of 'Just Salad' it would prove to be a winner?

    Here in the UK and worldwide we are probably just as bad with the large amount of fast food that is consumed.

    I know this is late in posting...I just wanted you to know that I haven't eaten at any of those restaurants (with the exception of taco bell a couple times) for about two years now. It can be done.
