Ian's bold, Ian's red text !

I know Ian, I have never met him, but over the years we have communicated via emails, pm's and he is a friend on facebook. He is a retired Scientist, a man of the highest repute, and a pillar of his local Christian community. He has worked tirelessly to help fellow diabetics for years. How bad has the forum become, when Ian, a very measured and patient man, has to post as above ?

Ian must be devastated to have disappointed Night. The "us against them" attitude is perpetuated by the aggressive and hostile antis. Not all higher-carb members behave that way but the few who do seem to use it as an excuse to attack and belittle. I have become so weary of it I now stop reading a low carb thread as soon as the first anti appears. It just degenerates from there.
ReplyDeleteThe problem is that everyone thinks they are a low carber because they have dropped the amount of carbs they eat since diagnosis. Read posts and you will see that low carber has become a joke.
ReplyDeleteNot sure why nobhead would do something like that especially to Ian. What an assclown. The only surprise is bonkers didn't show up, he on spring vacation? Or was he out buying his low crab corn flakes??
