Maybe he was firing Lindt Chocolates into that dreadful troll's hungry maw, the one who gave up on low carb because it was a bit too hard and so it must be really dangerous so we must all go out immediately and buy crimplene muumuus...
Keep up the great work, my hubby's just been diagnosed. We are both following John Briffa's suggestions re low carb and glad to say my hubby's lost just over a stone and I've lost 8 pounds in a month.
