Andy won't mind me saying but 12 cmonths ago I doubt he could have run a mile. He has turned his life around with low carbing and regular exercise and is an inspiration to us all ! Top man !

Not only is he a top man, but that's a great time for a debut marathon (probably more impressive than our double olympic champion's).
I stood at the 25 mile mark today, and saw lots of my running friends completely humbled 26.2 miles.
I'm inspired.

Many thanks for all the help, a year ago i couldnt run a bath, without everyones advice, especially with the low carbing, theres no way i would have got to where i am now.
