ReplyDeleteIn some instances refined grains are better than whole ones for the people who are not carbohydrate sensitive, but whose allergies are worse when they eat grains. From that point of view white rice is better than brown rice.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like grains belong to the category of sub-optimal foods which could be more or less tolerated, but better to be avoided when people have a choice.
