Carbsane aka Evelyn Kocur aka the bloated blogger "Food Restriction Causes Addictive Behaviour"

Carbsane aka Evelyn Kocur aka the bloated blogger tells us  "food restriction causes addictive behaviour" Evie doesn't restrict her food intake, that is why she has stated more than once publicly, she has been obese most of her adult life. Except, when she low carbed and lost a huge amount of weight. In one sense she is right. I have restricted my sugar/carb intake drastically, because as a type two diabetic, I am addicted to wanting to keep my eye sight, limbs and kidneys. Eddie

  1. A quick flick through carbsane's blog suggests a quasi religious fundamentalist with an axe to grind. S'he (there appears to be several of them) could make the sky pink with green spots and point you to references to 'prove' it.

  4. Carbsane knows all the answers, but can't get close to a safe weight. She lives to slag others off and is a basket case in my opinion.

  5. I pride myself on my NON-rodent-like characteristics ;-)
Seriously though, I am NOT a rodent; I am a primate possessed of free will & while I may never achieve that elusive, recessive slenderness which eluded me in my youth (35 yrs & 70 lbs ago, I STILL thought I needed to lose "20 lbs"; how I'd love to go back & slap a little sense into my younger self!) but carb restriction/intermittent fasting has enabled me to shed those 1st 20 lbs which had stuck HARD to my aging frame...
