Check out the Radio program broadcast last night on BBC Radio 4 it's well worth listening to the whole program. If time is tight, check out the nonsense from Dr Alison Tedstone UK nutrition and obesity Tsar at 24 minutes in. When told a can of cola appeared on the Eat well plate she replied "no it is not" oh yes it is Alison, (cue the pantomime audience) and so is a lot of other junk no one needs.
