  1. Just happen to be sitting in my basement, waiting for my canner to process 20 pints of green beans from our garden.

  2. Interesting clip, Jan. It amazes me how many foods have sugar in it, and there was a time when I had to away from sugar for awhile to get my body back on track. It is definitely something we shouldn't indulge in, and it's even harder if we love our sweets.

Have a splendid rest of the week.

  3. Wow ... Judy (Cranberry Morning), that sounds a lot of home grown beans. I love home grown runner beans and lettuce - to name but two!!

    Many thanks for your comment.

    All the best Jan

  4. Hi Sheri, many thanks for your comment. Sugar (and hidden) sugar is in so many of our foods, especially the processed foods, cereals, bread, cakes. In my opinion it doesn't do our bodies / health any favours ... which is why for the last seven years (and continuing) I have been living the LCHF lifestyle.

    - can you believe Friday will soon be here? Hope you've had a good week.

    All the best Jan
