Thought for the day.
Get control of your diabetes, eat whole fresh foods, dump the junk!
Good one. This is a challenging season for diabetics. I usually take this time of year to devote to good self-care. That means telling my sis not to send us holiday treats, not making sweets myself, and getting plenty of fresh fruit (with protein of course) to handle cravings.
