It doesn't get more exciting than this!

Stand by for the most boring post I have ever posted, I started decorating our kitchen today. After two months of complete hibernation, I painted the kitchen ceiling today, rivetingly exciting eh. I have read so many books over the last two months and watched so many fishing videos, I am numb. I never work this time of year and now carrying some excess blubber. affraid

I am lucky I can drop weight at will, I only need to prize my arse off the sofa and drop the calories big time. A reduction of three to five thousand calories per week (goodbye wine for a while) and drop carbs to minus 30 per day and bob's your uncle, 32-34 waist and smug git.  mrgreen

Standby for when I paint the kitchen walls and re-silicon around the work tops, not to be missed for all you adrenalin freaks.  rofl

  1. Another hilarious post from Shootin' Blanks, the fat bloater that has to be wheeled away from the keyboard when he starts embarrassing the real low carbers.

Get a grip, you useless waste of space.

  4. Sometimes we delight in the every day stuff that our blog friends do. For example, I just bought a teal table at Target today and can't wait to put it together and put my Easter goodies on it. Sometimes the ordinary days are the best.

    Have a great week, Jan.

  6. I can manage the painting but not doing without a glass or two of plonk. Especially after a day babysitting.

Agree Ben, Women like to see a Man working, it keeps us out of trouble, and the pub.

Even anonymous idiots need a voice, it livens up their meaningless lives. I see it as a sort of care in the community for mentally ill people. That being said, this troll is very persistent, so once in a while I pass a comment.

So often we receive the greatest pleasure and happiness from the small things. A small gift, making someone else happy, with a few kind words. Just waking up and feeling good. Every day above ground is a good day.

  10. This post made me smile. It reminds me that we need to get going on some of that tidying up and getting rid of the scuff marks on our walls. But then we'll probably look at the bright blue skies outside and the sunshine (it has started to get warmer finally) will be calling us outside to see what's on the other side of the hill. Have a great week :)

  11. C'mon Fat Boy, was that your best shot, you really are sad and pathetic.

No wonder the forum is dead, and you're shunned by the true low carb community.

Says the brave one, who clearly is a care in the "community" person.

That's your lot for the next 30 days or so, but please keep ramping up our post read totals. Much obliged.

Painting can be relaxing but is babysitting?
Perhaps best to have a glass "of plonk" handy.

Sometimes when the outdoors is calling it's best to answer. It can certainly be pleasurable.

One things for sure sunshine your not a low carber, a real one would not resort to skulking about anonymously, you would definitely fit the description of imbecile though.

Get a grip, you useless waste of space.

Methinks you ought to look in the mirror then you would see the reflection of a real useless waste of space
