Fresh Guacamole recipe



This recipe is from our food and recipe blog here.

So low in carbs, not worth worrying about, serves two, and just tastes so good.
Avocados are one of the healthiest foods on the planet. 

Ingredients

2 medium sized avocados scrape out the flesh and chop.
I medium sized tomato finely chopped remove seeds
I heaped tablespoon of finely chopped green Jalapeno peppers 
I tablespoon of finely chopped white onion
One teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
The juice from a medium sized lime
Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a pyrex jug or bowl and serve, how easy is that.

Enjoy your avocado.

  3. I keep meaning to try bacon in mine...it sounds so good. Haven't gotten there yet. p.s. I like chopped red onions better in mine, than white. C'est la vie!

  5. This is exactly my favorite recipe! Some like mayo in it but that makes it too rich, I think. Haven't made it lately so must pick up some during my next trip to grocery store!

  7. this is exactly how i make this, minus the jalapeño peppers. i know that sounds crazy but i don't like spicy/hot. i like it cool and creamy and i love avocado, it is very popular these days!!!!

  11. made this for the family and they loved it. Not sure if it's the texture or the taste (or both) but no matter how I fix them, I just don't like them. I keep trying, though, because they are such a great food.
