Baked Eggs with Asparagus and Parmesan

Take some eggs,
they may have a funny face on ...


... or they may look more like this


and some asparagus


Parmesan Cheese will also be needed


and you could make these


For two servings you need:

Ingredients:
Four eggs (room temperature is best)
8 thick asparagus spears, cut them on the diagonal into bite-sized pieces
2 Tbs Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

  7. Oh, this looks good, Jan. I love asparagus and parmesan cheese, but you know, every time I see runny eggs it reminds me of the time Nel got food poisoning badly and sent her to the hospital. She had a fancy dish at a restaurant one time and didn't do well afterwards.

    Eggs are one of my favorite meals, and love those cute faces. :)
