When you are a blogger ...

... you can choose what you like to post and blog about !

It may be a lovely LCHF recipe idea, this one is tasty
Provençal Chicken


Ingredients:
Serves Four
4.0g carbohydrate per serving
1 tbsp oil
100 g lean smoked bacon medallions, roughly chopped
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 courgette, halved and cut into chunks
1 aubergine (eggplant), cut into small pieces
4 tomatoes, cut into large wedges
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 red chilli, chopped
500 g carton passata
half a chicken stock cube, crumbled
460 g chicken thigh fillets
14g of fresh flat leaf parsley, washed and roughly chopped
2 tsp mixed herbs

it could be a picture of some lovely Autumn Berries, I thought these were nice


or how about some (old) photo's of our five grand-children that made me smile




it could even be a 'Winnie The Pooh' giphy, that our grand-daughters like
... be careful when you're trying to race after the falling Autumn leaves!


or it could be I just want to wish you all a happy and enjoyable day

  5. You are so right Jan, we should be able to write about anything and everything, whatever makes us happy!! I like a bit of variety, you must also enjoy variety as you visit me everyday and my blog has a bit of a willy-nilly theme!!

    This looks like an awesome meal for fall, I really like one pot meals!!

  7. What a great post... Yes---blogging is wonderful. I blog mostly about my life, travels, family, etc... It's 'kinda' like a 'journal' --when i can keep up with what we've done year after year..... I used to blog every day --but just don't have time to do that anymore. Now that we've added a lot of exercise into our day along with my love for Facebook and for Genealogy and for birding, then blogging just becomes one of many many interests.

    I have 5 grandchildren also ---but mine are all in college now --and one is married...

  10. Jan, how wonderful that you have five grandchildren. These are special pictures of all of them. Yes, bloggers can write about all sorts of things, and I really liked this post a lot because it was a little of "this and that." Those are always my favorite posts of all. The Winnie The Pooh pic is delightful.
