These low carb cauliflower hash browns (1g carb per serving) can be enjoyed as they are - with homemade mayonnaise - or perhaps a spicy butter and leafy greens. But you may prefer to enjoy them as a side dish ... they are a great option to the more traditional potato hash brown.

I have bought the packaged cauliflower crumbles a couple of times and I bet they would work well with this recipe. I almost picked up some at the store today...I wish I would have now, especially after seeing this! Will definitely be trying this soon!
