Salmon with a Bacon Tomato and Vodka Cream Sauce : Low Carb


How about this for a Friday fish treat, and as it is still 'Seafood Week', 7th to 14th October here in the UK, what a great way to end this special week.

Salmon, bacon, tomato, vodka cream sauce - a simply marvelous mix in this easy recipe suggestion that delivers such flavour and requires just one pan. It really is a lovely low carb recipe, see it here

This dish is great served with lemony courgette/ zucchini noodles, or how about some sauteed spinach or even some lemony asparagus. Decisions, decisions - I wonder - what may you serve yours with?
