    This is very interesting and thanks for sharing. most days I make a fruit smoothie for my lunch. But try to add a carrot and root ginger to balance it out.
    Did not realise passion fruit were so high - one of my favourites.

    tiefgefroren habe ich sie immer bei der Hand.
    Und wenn es in der richtigen Saison Erdbeeren gibt, dann auch diese.
    Da ist man als Diabetiker auf der richtigen Seite.
