If you gave me a giant serving of the butter-roasted cauliflower, I would not ask for anything else. Well, maybe a bite of chicken and a few green beans. And it would be rude not to have a bit of cheesecake, wouldn't it?

ReplyDeleteFew things could be better for a Sunday than roast chicken and a cheesecake with such a fresh taste as lemon for afterwards. Shared with people you love make it even better.

I make a cauliflower dish with cheese (I am racking my brain to come up with the type of cheese and I can't bring it to mind) but it is delicious. I should dig out the recipe and do it again. Actually, we are doing our very best to eat vegetables of the season so perhaps I should wait until the local produce is ready later in the year, rather than do it with imported cauliflower now.
ReplyDeleteYum!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh how delicious the cauliflower, green beans, and cheesecake look! I may even try the cauliflower dish tonight...
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for everything Jan! Big Hugs!
