Who doesn't enjoy a pizza! Well I guess there may be some who don't like to eat them, and there may be others who are looking for a lower carb alternative!
Take these two suggestions, one is for mushroom mini pizza, and the other is for aubergine (eggplant) mini pizza. They are both a good lower carb and tasty alternative.

Hello, I would love these little pizzas. Yum! Thanks for sharing. Have a happy day!
ReplyDeleteI have often made similar 'pizzas', and they always went down well, that's for sure! Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteThey look delicious, Jan.
ReplyDeleteI like the sound of both Jan.. not only do I have a sweet tooth but a savoury also ☺
ReplyDeleteThese look so good!
ReplyDeleteAnd to think some folks say low carb eating is boring and not sustainable! With grub like this on the menu along with so many other delicious offerings they are very wrong and need to expand their tastebuds a bit!
ReplyDeletePaul :-)
Both look like something I'd like.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun these are! Thanks very much!
ReplyDeleteI loooooove eggplant.

I used to love pizza a s a kid, but when I was in my 30's, the joy died, so I ate one every other month or so. Now, I don't touch them at all. (lol) I know mushrooms are good for you, but they're not my fave. I do like how these are mini so they kill cravings. Hugs...
ReplyDeleteDefinitely something to try. Looks good.
ReplyDeleteI have never tried this, I have tried having cauliflower as the base.
ReplyDeleteAwesome ideas!! I would love both of these!!
ReplyDeleteWe often make little pizzas too.
ReplyDeleteThese look yummy.
Hi Jan,
ReplyDeleteSuch a great idea using the mushrooms or aubergine and a healthy alternative.
Hope you are having a lovely week
hugs
Carolyn
Not a pizza eater but I do like mushrooms.
ReplyDeleteI've used the big portobello mushrooms to make "pizza" --so good as long as the black gills are removed first. I also love eggplant slices. I tried making a cauliflower crust pizza --it did not hold up well to slicing but it did taste good!
ReplyDeleteDas ist lecker !
ReplyDeleteIch kenne dies Auberginen-Pizza auch und liebe sie.
Eine tolle Alternative, Genuss ohne Reue.
Liebe Grüße
look so inviting!
ReplyDeleteyou almost change my perception about Pizza my friend
